The contact form sends the data you enter and the file you attach to my mailbox, hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland.
This data is used to reply to your request and, if you place an order, to perform the service and keep the accounts.
It is neither sold nor transferred.
It is passed on only to Infomaniak, which hosts the website and the mailbox in Switzerland, and, when you order a translation checked by a second linguist, to that person, who is bound by confidentiality.
The website sets no cookies.
IP addresses appear only in the host’s technical logs, kept for the security of the website; they are not used to identify anyone.
Visits are counted anonymously, page by page.
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict its use, object to its processing or receive it in a reusable format, by writing to the email address above.
The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP; in French, LPD) applies; the competent authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC; in French, Préposé fédéral à la protection des données et à la transparence, PFPDT).
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies when I offer my services to people in the European Union; you may then contact the data protection authority in your country.
