Licence in Translation (English, Dutch, French), four-year pre-Bologna degree, now awarded as a Master’s — École d’Interprètes Internationaux, Mons (now University of Mons), 1992, with ‘distinction’ (cum laude).

The specialisation in administrative, financial, legal, medical and technical translation was built up on real cases, one field at a time, and is tested afresh with every document.
