Quote

A firm price, calculated on your document

A published rate knows nothing about your document: its actual length, how much of it repeats, its condition, how urgent it is, which service suits it.
The quote takes all of that into account.

No Swiss VAT

As I am established in Switzerland, I am not liable for Swiss VAT (Article 10 of the Swiss Federal Act on Value Added Tax): my invoices carry no VAT.
If your organisation is established in the European Union and registered for VAT, you account for the VAT on my invoice yourself, without paying it to me: this is the reverse charge.
If you can recover it as input tax, it costs you nothing.
For a private individual or a body not registered for VAT, the invoice carries no Swiss VAT; any obligations you may have in your own country remain yours.

Payment within 30 days by bank transfer, in euros or Swiss francs.
Every document received is kept confidential, both before and after the quote. Terms of service.

A free page before your first order

Whatever you send, within 2 working hours you receive a firm price and delivery date for a whole document, or an initial assessment for a single page.
Before you commission any work, I will translate one page free of charge, so that you can judge the quality on your own text.
