A diagnosis, a class of medicines or a rating scale bears a name set by the official medical classifications.
I use that name; I never invent one.
Figures are checked separately
Doses, units, dates, test results: checked separately, one by one, once the translation is finished.
The tone fits the reader
A report for an insurer’s medical adviser and a leaflet for the general public are written differently.
